The White Practice is an osteopathic clinic offering musculo–skeletal healthcare to all ages.
The White Practice believes that if the body is balanced and functioning efficiently this will minimise pain, wear and tear and save energy. In turn this energy can be focused inwardly to maximise health. Health is not simply the absence of disease or pain – it is a vital state, from which the person can respond quickly to all life's stresses, strains and illness, restoring themselves to wellbeing with minimal disruption.
The White Practice takes a pro-active approach to healthcare – prevention rather than cure is our aim. We can provide individual treatment and maintenance plans including exercise and lifestyle advice where appropriate.
