As a legal requirement for Osteopathic treatment we hold paper details for our Osteopathic Patients - please be assured that these are securely held as per GDPR requirements.
Staff training
Our healthcare team and staff have been trained in GDPR requirements so that they understand the fundamentals of personal data security and personal data processing. Staff have been informed that paper notes taken off the premises must be stored in locked filing cabinets.
Electronic records
Personal data is held by our secure patient management software company which complies with GDPR.
Computers are all password protected for use of White Practice staff only and passwords are regularly changed.
