About Soft Tissue Manipulation
Soft tissue manipulation involves massage and gentle joint articulation to release tension in tissue which can cause pain and dysfunction throughout the body. This therapeutic approach can be particularly beneficial for:

Her Pilates background gives her valuable insights into body mechanics and rehabilitation principles, which she integrates into her soft tissue approach.
Often found out on her bike, Elizabeth is a former British Age Group triathlete who competed in 2 European Championships. In cycling, she is a masters national road race champion.
