Online video consultations for Osteopathy
To book an online video consultation please phone us and we will arrange the appointment for you. One of our Osteopaths will contact you at the time of your appointment. If you have any questions please contact us on [email protected].
What can you expect in an online video consultation? It'll take about 30 minutes and in that time we will examine you and ask about your symptoms, we will probably ask you to do some specific movements for us, and we will be able to give you a diagnosis. We will then offer you advice and whether to use heat or cold and we can prescribe and demonstrate exercises and perhaps suggest anything you should avoid doing which might aggravate your symptoms. If appropriate we will include video or sketch reminders about exercises.
